Membership Advisor - This position requires hard-working, creative individuals who have good organizational skills and are detail-oriented. Membership advisors are responsible for generating new tours in the club, scheduling appointments with prospective members, following up with prospective members and signing up new members each day. Membership advisors are also responsible for managing the membership department in their home club. This means ensuring member satisfaction through follow-up phone calls, emails and letters to new members on a daily basis.
